Uniform can be ordered via the Store / Payments tab above. Please complete all uniform orders before the 31st of May 2021. We cannot guarantee delivery for your September start date for orders received after this date.

EXISTING STUDENTS - QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE

"I have a question about my dance or musical theatre training"

- In the first instance try speaking to one of your subject tutors, particularly if your question relates to a specific class. If it's something bigger, you can schedule an appointment to see either the Artistic Assistant or the Artistic Director.

"I have a question about my coursework"

- You will have regular course tutorials with your allocated tutor, but you can also schedule an appointment with the Course Leader if required.

"I have a question about funding or course administration"

- You can either email questions to the Managing Director, or make an appointment to speak in person.

"I have a question about / problem with accommodation"

- Our pastoral team are on hand to help with any questions or problems. You can contact your Course Leader or the Pastoral Tutor that you were allocated at the start of the year.

"I have a medical issue, or something that I don't want to bring up in a class / group setting"

You can visit either the Course Leader, Managing Director or your Pastoral Tutor at any time without an appointment if something urgent comes up while you are at college. If it's out of college hours, email is the best way to ensure that our team get your message quickly as possible. You can also call reception on 01908 672 920.

COVID INFORMATION FOR EXISTING DEGREE STUDENTS

EVERYDAY LIVING ALLOWANCE

GRANT APPLICATION INFORMATION

 

The Everyday Living Allowance is to support students living in private accommodation impacted by COVID-19 who encounter a financial emergency. The allowance is designed to cover ‘everyday’ costs such as food, toiletries, utilities, bills and medicine. The allowance is also intended to support with increased expenses due to periods of self-isolation and significant losses of income because of the pandemic.

Please note, there is no guarantee of an award and assessments are made on a case-by-case basis.

The Everyday Living Allowance is available to all full-time students currently enrolled on a Bucks taught undergraduate course who are living in private accommodation. To apply, you must complete the below application form and provide copies of your bank statements from January 2021 and February 2021. You must return this via email on tlinecarboulton@danceboxstudios.co.uk no later than 5pm on Wednesday 24th March 2021. Late applications will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility

  • Students must be living in private accommodation

  • Students must be currently enrolled full time on a Bucks New University undergraduate course

  • Students must complete an Everyday Living Allowance Application Form for their claim to be processed

  • Students must provide a copy of their bank statements from January 2021 and February 2021 to evidence financial hardship

  • Student must complete an Everyday Living Allowance Application Form

  • Student must provide a copy of their bank statements from January 2021 and February 2021 to evidence financial hardship

  • Student must return the Application Form and their bank statements via email to tlinecarboulton@danceboxstudios.co.uk before the closing date

  • Following the closing date, applications will be reviewed and, based on the information supplied, an amount will be awarded

  • The student will be notified via email of the amount awarded and to expect payment into their nominated account within ten working days

LEARNING TECHNOLOGY GRANT

APPLICATION INFORMATION

The Learning Technology Grant is to support students impacted by COVID-19 who encounter a financial emergency and require support for costs for technology and software to enhance their learning. The grant can support with contributions towards the cost of towards the cost of  IT accessories and/or WIFI/data. The maximum amount available per student, is capped at £80.  Please note, there is no guarantee of an award and assessments are made on a case-by-case basis. The Learning Technology Grant is available to all full-time students currently enrolled on a Bucks taught undergraduate course.
